Pole Parties
Pole Parties are a great way to celebrate your friends and significant times in your life. Whether it's a Bachleorette, Birthday or just a Girls Night Out Party we can make it happen for you.

Once you get settled into your outfits and shoes (optional) we begin with a slow sexy warm up complete with ab work and "The Sexy Push Up". Then you will hip roll yourself to standing for "The Walk", strength moves on the pole and the proper technique you'll need to successfully accomplish the beautiful spin "The Firefly".
Your lesson will end with a performance by your hostess. Afterwards there is champagne, and goodies for all.
